Randall, Jr. Principal, Franklin & Prokopik Albert B. Randall, Jr. concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of labor and employment, workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, tort liability, and general civil litigation. He regularly represents employers and insurers in state and federal courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to his active trial practice, Mr. Randall places an emphasis on counseling employers in effective employment policy formation and training in order to avoid costly litigation. Mr. Randall also serves on the Employment Issues Committee of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. He regularly testifies before the Maryland General Assembly in behalf of the Maryland Chamber on a wide range of employment-related legislation. Mr. Randall is a past chair of the Employment and Labor Law Practice Group of the USLAW Network, an association of 61 independent law firms located throughout the country. He has extensive experience speaking on a wide range of employment law issues, both regionally and nationally, and is a regular contributor to a variety of industry publications.
